We offer 90-Day Easy Returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, returned with its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, missing parts, unauthorised repair, or improper handling may not be eligible for a voluntary return.

After receiving your return request, our support team will review your case and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.

Items sent back without prior approval or without following our return instructions may not be accepted.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns, including change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or local charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Since we offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout, no standard outbound shipping fee is charged by us when free standard shipping applies.

 

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Our Premium Quality Guarantee covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, subject to inspection and approval by our support team.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, theft, loss, unauthorised repairs, water damage unless expressly covered by the product specifications, or cosmetic changes caused by regular use.

Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

This commercial guarantee does not replace or limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

11. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items

Certain items may not be eligible for voluntary return if they are used, damaged by the customer, altered, missing parts, returned without original packaging, or returned outside the applicable return period.

This does not affect your statutory rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-compliant products.

 

12. Proof of Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

Customers are responsible for keeping proof of postage and tracking information until the return has been received and processed.

We are not responsible for voluntary returns lost in transit unless otherwise required by applicable law.
